Shayyid is a subscription-based software service, so this policy explains how refunds work for digital subscriptions.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annually). You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at zac@nextgenitsys.com. Approved refunds for an eligible initial purchase are returned to your original payment method.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, as the Service remains available to you for that period. We encourage you to cancel before a renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
